When a block is found, 1% covers pool operations. The finder gets a 20% bonus. Miners connected for 1+ hour share a 5% participation bonus equally. The remaining 74% is distributed to all miners proportionally based on shares submitted in the last 7 days. Balances accumulate until they reach the payout threshold, then are sent on-chain automatically.
